The Tennessee Confidential Information Sheet for Divorcing Spouses is a document that will need to be filed along with your Complaint for Divorce in Tennessee.  It contains you and your spouse’s names, dates of birth, addresses, birth places, and social security numbers.  If you and your spouse have any children in common, it will also contain your children’s names, dates of birth, place of birth, and social security numbers.  Because it contains sensitive information, It is kept under seal.
